Founder & Sommelier

Dhira Roy Chowdhury is a passionate Dip WSET candidate, who has throughout the years created beverage menus across various establishments from luxury hotels to wine bars. With a focus on pairings, trends, and sustainability, Dhira takes pride in her craft as she ensures each establishment is provided with unique and exquisite menus that patrons will rave about.

In 2023, Dhira judged the Alberta Beverage Awards with Culinaire Magazine. While growing through the ranks in the Food & Beverage industry, Dhira oversaw multiple outlets, over 100 team members, openings & launches, has trained various teams and instilled her passion for wine.

Dhira’s favourite wine regions include Sonoma and Tuscany in Italy.

Dhira believes that “Wine is more than just a drink; it is history, culture, people & their passion, climate, geography, geology & geopolitics in a glass, coming together for a fine dinner conversation.”
